These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ManVriksha website and any consultation, counselling or coaching services booked through it. By using the website or booking a session you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of services
ManVriksha provides online psychiatric consultation, counselling and life coaching sessions led by a qualified psychiatrist. Sessions are conducted over Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp Video.
We do not provide emergency psychiatric services. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a 24x7 helpline immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book a session for yourself. By booking, you confirm that you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Booking and payment
- Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the website.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.
- A confirmation email with the Google Meet link is sent after successful payment.
4. Conduct during sessions
- Please join from a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection.
- Recording, photographing or sharing any part of a session without written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour may result in the session being ended without refund.
5. Cancellation, reschedule and refunds
Cancellations, reschedules and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Clinical limitations
Online consultations are suitable for many concerns but are not a substitute for in-person psychiatric assessment in every situation. The treating clinician may recommend an in-person evaluation, investigations or referral where clinically appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, branding, images and design — is owned by ManVriksha and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManVriksha and its clinicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the session giving rise to the claim.
9. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
