Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules and refunds are handled for sessions booked through ManVriksha.
1. Reschedules
- You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time using the reschedule link included in your confirmation email.
- Reschedule requests made within 12 hours of the session, or after the session start time, cannot be accommodated and the session fee is forfeited.
2. Cancellations and refunds
- Session fees are non-refundable. This is because slots are blocked exclusively for you in the clinician's calendar.
- If you are unable to attend, please use the reschedule option within the 12-hour window described above.
- No-shows (failing to join the session at the scheduled time without a prior reschedule) forfeit the full session fee.
3. Exceptions — when a refund will be issued
A full refund (or a free rescheduled session, at your choice) will be issued in the following situations:
- The clinician is unable to join due to a personal or technical emergency on our end.
- A duplicate payment was processed for the same session.
- A payment was deducted but no booking was created in our system.
4. How to request a refund
Email atajayvz@gmail.com from the same email address used for booking, with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Date and time of the session
- Razorpay payment / order ID (from your payment confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 5–7 working days to reflect.
